Do I have to sign a buyer agreement?
Yes. As of August 2024, every buyer's agent and buyer must sign an agreement before viewing homes together. Vladimir's standard term is 90 days, cancellable any time without obligation.
Do I pay you out of pocket?
It depends on the property and the agreement we sign together. Each home is a little different, and you will see exactly how it works in writing before you tour anything.
What if I'm relocating?
Vladimir runs a relocation playbook: virtual neighborhood tours, area tours when you fly in, full coordination with your moving timeline. The relocation service is included in the buyer agreement.
