The largest percentage cut: 2520 Robinhood, now $399,000 after a 28.6% reduction from $559,000. The biggest dollar cut went to 20 Sunset. $392,000 off the original ask.
7 of the 12 were originally over $1M. the high end is where pricing pressure is concentrated right now. Geographically, Southampton Place leads. 2 of the 12 cuts came from there.
